Whats up guys im a Jerky Manufacture from Jersey,Im 42 years old married with a family of 4.I stumbled across this site and thought i would take alook around.I have emailed a couple of administrators about post our contest we are having.Please stop by and check us out Im looking forward to posting in here.It seems that is alittle quite in here thought. |

welcome, jersey - good to see you here and thanks for posting your link ~ i'll be sure to check it out! things tend to wind down a bit this time of year, but in september we start to brush off some of our old arguments such as .30/06 vs .308 or savage vs. remington and then things pick up quite a bit. also, hunting season is around the corner and that is the time to really see some participation~ look around and please feel free to post up! if you do any hunting, fishing or shooting, let us know how things are done in your neck of the woods! also, quote a bit of cooking gets done around here - take a look through the recipe section and feel free to add some too ~ any quesitons, just ask - ron |

Thanks Ron. I do alot of cooking and jerky making so i think i will stick to that for now.I am looking forward to hunting season so i can get my fill of deer jerky

i recently got interested in smoke-cooking barbecue such as ribs, pork shoulder etc., so there is quite a bit of material on that right now; also, a fellow in south africa introduced me to the secrets on making biltong, and i must admit i am interested. check it out when in the recipe section when you have time!
