Just got back from 3 days fishing Yellow Breeches in SE Pennsylvania, a very good limestone stream. As expected, very crowded each day. #16 BWO and #18 light cahills worked for me fishing dry flies only. Strange new flies out there since I started fly fishing 50 years ago. Guy next to me was killing the browns on a "GREEN WEENIE" with a strike indicator(bobber)????? San Juan worms?????? What happened to a Quil Gordon made with bleeched peacock herl???? BEAR |
