i think i saw it once - showed up when i was using an old version of internet explorer or firefox - can't remember which.

as i recall, there were no bad side effects.

it's essentially the program that converts our replies into forum posts, i think.

If you go to the bottom of the page "post reply" you will see a small "i" box at the right of the tool bar. click on it.  it then suggests a download of some other software program???
