In my mind this could be a game changer. Maybe as much as Thermal vision. None of the units out there now come close to the upper end of coyote hearing. I'm on the list, I hope they can get it to market. Any thoughts ? |

D, Since we can't hear those sounds, is there a frequency meter of some kind included or attached so you even know it's working. It could be like taking a deaf guy out with a current electronic caller and thinking it's working when it really isn't even turned on. Just a thought. But in theory, I think it will be a game changer for predator calling in the future.

I have read there is an app on your phone that can detect ultrasonic sounds.

D, You are correct. It looks like the apps were developed for workplace safety monitoring and identification. There are several shown on my i-phone---Apps Store. (maybe you and IBD need to have this phone app when PD shooting to hear rattlesnakes when you get near one rattling. Remember, when the rattler was under my shooting table last summer, IBD couldn't hear it from 6 feet away. I could hear it really loud with my 2 cochlear implants.)
