good grief, mule - it's been gone for almost two years.

if it's an ethics or general conversation topic, post it in the big game section. if it is a legal or political conservation topic, post it in the political forum.

Heck, I had a lond tirade prepared about point restrictions and shooting does as a quick way to improve herds.  Guess I'll just have to post it on some other site that appreciates the topics that are most important to hunters.

What about climate change deepening the oceans and killing coral reefs?

Mule, keep up your methane recovery and re-use program and the coral reefs will be just fine.

Kinda stupid that we can have a whole forum for wrong-handed people but nothing for conservation, which is responsible for even having game to hunt in the first place.

Thats just silly Mule. To assurt that just because we don't have a specail "GREEN" forum means we don't care is just assinine. Most hunters I know are doing far more to protect the outdoors than the greenies. And might i geuss that we care deeper in most cases and get down the the grassroots level not the superficial.

It seems it was dropped due to lack of interest, the fact that it took you almost two years to notice it's demise, kind of speaks to the level of activity it generated.

Assinine?  Oh, so the next time I see these "sportsmen" doing donuts in a meadow on their ATVs during a drought, then I should just say "well, their ignorance is excuseable because they buy hunting licenses."  Yeah, right - there's absolutely no need for hunters and "sportsmen" to learn a little about conservation, they have all the ethics we need already.  Lets see some more 1000 yard shots at deer using tracers.
