Well ive made several trips to the Sturgeon fishing area, and have "hooked UP' four times. Three of the fish broke my fifty pound test line like it was a piece of thread, I got the fourth one up to shore, and it got loose....I told every one that was my patented release.

Although these arent mine, here are a few pics of the ones I saw caught.

Bear, you are right, circle hooks are the only way to go.

Had to catch bait.

Night fishing about to begin

Getting ready for the bite

First sturgeon I ever saw

Up close and personal      Eight Footer

I even caught a five pound rainbow

I am really hooked on Sturgeon Fishing and plan to do it as often as I can

edited because my computer cant spell worth a crap!
