Once again the Hearing Protection Act I'd up as a bill. it would eliminate the tax $$ but still keep the gov'y regulations (application). they might amend it to drop all regs. notice some states will still have their laws.

If this legislation passes, do you think I will get a refund for two stamps. Ha, ha. I know of several people including IBD that would purchase an additional suppressor if there was no tax stamp fee.

I think I saw some of the suppresser co are picking up the price of the stamp.

I'm on Silencer Central's email list. I got an email from them a few weeks ago that they were paying the tax. I'm sure it's for a limited time but that's pretty good.
