Fellas at 2pm CDT my 9 month old niece goes in to surgery to remove a fist sized tumor from her abdomnal cavity, please pray thhat the tumor be benign, or at the least if it is malignant that they can get it all,,, thanks in advance BLK ------------- Does not play well with others |

Best wishes there BLK. Those little ones are tough. Not old enough to know that they should worry, so they've always got a leg up on us older folks who make ourselves as sick with worry as we are with what ever is wrong. Thoughts and prayers to all. Fellas, thank you for your prayers and thoughts, my niece came thru with flying colors, they were able to get the entire tumor out and the doctor said that it looked and felt benign but we wont know for sure till next week. Again THANK YOU ALL!!! Blk ------------- Does not play well with others |

The preliminary biopsy is in,, it is cancer, but there is still some hope, the type of cancer they think it is has a 90% cure ratio if it is caught by age 1 so hopefully it is what they think it is and not the other 2 types that can masqurade as the type they think it is. I wont be around for a few days so forgive me if I dont respond till friday evening, I am texas bound to see if my wrist healed properly and get my cast removed if it has.
