Any of you fellers know when the pup's leave the yote's den and can fend for themselves.

Seem'd like I asked this last year, but I can't remember... I thought I had cut them down enough that I didn't need to do anymore killin' but the farmers tell'n me they're still too thick.

Early Sept  they are on their own, at least hereabouts.

Eddy,

Thanks, I'm really after the older males, and big females that can kill the turkey.  Dang things wouldn't even walk in anything but open fields due to the dern'd yotes chasing them.

Most folks don't know you have to have a few yotes to kill the coon's and poss'um which eat the eggs of turkey, quail, and pheasant.  But this is rediculous.  Well, I guess there isn't any larger preditor around, too bad we can't have some large cat's or wolves that'd take care of them.
