cut it in chunks about 3" long, and 1" square. Then split it lengthways, but not clear through.
Lay them open and sprinkle your favorite seasoning inside, (I like Lawry's seasoning salt). Now close it up, and wrap it with bacon strip, and a toothpick through to hold the bacon. Broil, or BBQ until the bacon is crisp. Don't overcook it, as this is what makes venison dry and taste bad!
That's all there is to it! Even the non-venison eaters gobble this up!
