Fireforming/testing loads.

Sierra Gamekings 160 gr about 2650 fps.
There probably more then the Granddaughter will ever shoot but there forming loads and they where very cheep.
The very first fireforming loads we used 140's TTSX and during forming and after we get .5" or less. The last forming we used a different powder and the 160's. the groups looked more like a poor shotgun pattern sometimes not even on the paper.
This time with a different powder but shot MUCH better. there was two different charges of powder but both were .452" group. There more then a gr different, which should would you pick? there ia over 100 fps difference.

Well I load for accuracy, and pick a load that groups well.  Both being the same I'd go with the slower load, somewhat longer barrel life.

Lately, barrel life isn't that important.

For Annie the lighter bullet would also be my choice.

IBD---You had a good reminder.  I just made a donation as you suggested.  Easy to do, quick, with no problems. Pay Pal worked well for me.
