Our good buddy has been mentoring me on all things gardening.
His garden looks like an acer and striate out of PBS DIY garden.
Mine is a small ovel watering tank in the front yard under my bay window. Almost big enough for 6 pepper plants and two tomato plants. As the tomato's would get ripe I cored them and freeze them through out the summer. The day before the first freeze I picked all the tomato's green and red alike. I ended up with 22 pounds. That's just enough for 4 batches of home made salsa a'la Lizard. His super secrete respite yields exactly 5 pints per batch. My version has zero heat and makes salsa for dipping home made corn chips!!!!
Thanks Lizard!Big smile
Now who's up for Lemonade?

D,
Looking good. I'm glad you liked the recipe.  But, the salsa heat is good when looking out the window this winter as the wind is blowing 50 MPH and drifting snow at 30 degrees below Zero.
