“Things that matter”- Charles Krauthammer

Charles Krauthammer was a political TV commentator and newspaper journalist. He was extremely intelligent and respected. An outstanding American.

This book is a compilation of some of his best articles over about 30 years. It is an easy read as there are about 80 articles, and they tend to be like his Post Column, 3-4 pages long. All very interesting both for their content and for a history of the times they were written.

Krauthammer was a liberal turned intellectual conservative. His opinions are all based upon historical facts. The last Two chapters are longer and basically an understanding the future worldwide political role of America.

really used to enjoy Charles K when he was on with Bret Bair program.
