I have 4 rifles that are go to.

222, 22 lr, 22 mag, 260.

So the 22 mag needs a better scope (Redfield 3-9x) now. Got a new Weaver for it ($500)...but it doesn'r clear rolt bolt throw. dah

so I think merely changing/switching 3 scopes (and resighting-in) will give me the correct rifle/scope combos.

Also thought of getting the 22 mag bolt bent; but my LGS closed (cancer).

Do you guys swap scopes much?? this is new to me.

All the time.

Some of the safe queens have very good scopes.

I think you need a 22 scope for the 22.

On my 10/22 I have the same Redfield, it works but not well.
