Underwater drone with sonar and camera.  and I think you could see the fish, then troll a nightcrawler in front of the,.

Kinda similar to the castable  sonar unit of the past. It was a "Float "With a sonar sender on it and 50 foot cord you would cast it out and slowly bring it back in and view the bottom and find fish. 
There are places here you can not use a R/C boat to take your bait/ lure in to closed portions of waters.

Bear.....based on this "Underwater drone with sonar and camera"....me thinks the unit gotta be used underwater so don't think you can find cans of sardines in a supermarket with it.Ermm

The perch I have caught were in Canada when we were fishing for walleye and Northern Pike. 

They were really good eating, but the guide that filleted them said they were like filleting a sunflower seed. 
We took that to mean he didn't want us to keep any more that we caught.

I ate Crappie that we caught years ago when I lived in Texas. As I remember they were good eatin' too.
