A couple of years back I switched from a scope to a CenterPoint open style reflex sight on my Blackhawk hunting gun.  It's in 45LC and loaded fairly heavy.  At the range a couple of weeks back, I noticed a crack in the view screen coupled with the loss of zero.  I reached out to them and 1) found that CP is part of Crosman, and 2) asked how to get it repaired.  I wrote on a Saturday and got a response from their Customer Service folks on Monday morning, first thing.  They asked for a photo of the cracked screen which I sent right off.  Within 24 hours I received a note that a new one was on it's way, no charge, with no need to return the old one. It was on my doorstep in three days.

Nice folks to do business with.  Great support for their product and their customers.

That's great customer service. It seems like their is generally good customer service from firearms related companies. I will keep that in mind if I am ever in the market for anything they make.

788....I had a similar experience with Crosman but with one of their LaserMax laser units. Bought it from a retail company and it went bad. So went to Crosman & they said go to Retail company who wasn't too eager to help so back to Crosman and they replaced it very quickly & said scrap the broken unit. Made me happy.Big smile
