So reised on a chicken farm as a kid/teen, I sworn of chicken for 20+ years since I moved out of home.  Chicken, turkey duck, goose for 6 +  days a week wiped me out.

I have changed slightly. NEVER orde chicken out, even if it is free.

Ron's chicken recipes all look super, complex, but look delicous.  If he cooked them I'd eat at least 2 portions.

Got twin GD for the week, 5 years old.  My daughter and her current squezze came over for dinner.  we had chicken.  She loved it and I had to explain....

I only eat 3 types of chicken:
--Fried,
--Beer up the Butt, tender easy, delicious and moist.  I use beer, coke, Crush, lemon/lime  all work and you can easily add spices.
--Rotisserie chicken moist tender, well done it perfect.

So a man has to know his limitations!

Bear,

You really should try breasts sautaed in Italian dressing. I know it doesn't sound that good, but it is awesome. Pretty easy too. We usually have mashed potatoes as a side.

It's the only way I have had chicken for quite some time.

Usually keep some skinless/boneless chicken breasts inthe freezer.  When wife is away, I thaw and then maninate in strawberry salad dressing, then grill.  Simple, low fat.  Mashed potatoes are great meal in themselves.

interesting, GD visiting doesn't like mashed potatoes.  WOW

Three good ways to prepare it, in my opinion, Bear.

If you want to give that Georgian Chicken a try sometime, you could certainly do the beer-can or rotisserie chicken (or grill it), and then serve it with the sauce, which is very easy to make:

It's worth a try! Beer

"Prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, spices and salt together. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to thin the sauce if necessary."

sounds simple, I should be able to do that!
