Cheese cloth sucks, I've heard of pillow cases and such, what does you like to use and why.

A rope? We drag the game out. Then again, we dont have to go 2034872304823 miles to get back to our vehicle, let alone a road!

there are not many benefits to living and hunting in sd, except weather. for hunting seasons, it is typically cold out (teens and 20's), so insects and such are a non-factor. no big game bags needed.

the exception to this is antelope season, which is in early october. sometimes we have a hard freeze by then, sometimes not. this year was warm for antelope season, so flies were an issue. i just made sure the carcass was stuffed full of ice, and that seemed to ward off flies just fine. the gf&p here reccomends using pepper on big game carcasses when it is warm out - though i haven't tried it.

shoot it, gut, drag it, pack it w/ ice, get it to the locker... no game bags needed.

Hunting is not a matter of life or death; it is much more important than that.
