Lol. i forgot about this thread. I found out i like hte 28 guage version more, just like my dad said i would. It is lighter and has a better balance point. Havent been doing any bird hunting lately. 28 ga.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOW YOU'RE TALKING,,got a 28 pump for bunnies and grouse in the trees,,gonna get a Tristar,(RIZZINI)s/s for knockin' feathers loose,,I've known of a couple old timers who use the 28 for ducks over deeks,,the WWsuperx load is 1oz. at 1250,,and Challenger (Canadian )ammo is super cheap/good,,Estate is almost as cheap,,,I used mine with 8's on a turkey at 25 yds.....WE DONT NEED NO STINKING 12 GA.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------- what if we're all fools and none of it matters??,,and the hokey-pokey IS what it's all about!!!!
