Like everything else I own (furniture, tools, books, radios, whatever) the camera is a toy to be thrown around, dropped, pounded on, etc. For example, if I need my hammer I look out in the back yard. After having four kids, I have learned to not get upset when stuff gets broken. They don't mean to wreck stuff, they're just kids and stuff just gets busted. Now, if they deliberately break something, that's different. But If I leave my binoculars on the table, they're gonna get messed with and that's my fault for not putting them out of reach. I just recently re-acquired this one; it's one of the first rifles that I owned, my brother had it for a while but he wanted my SKS more than I did, so I got this one back. It's a Win 94 Ranger (AE of course). More of their all-weather type finish, not Walnut or anything. Shoots just fine, though. I ended up parting ways with the Weaver k4 I wanted to put on here, so I'm using this 4-12x40ao for now.
