while the rest of lewistown celebrated the chokecherry festival and old-time fiddler's jamboree, i went fishing at carters pond, about 7 miles north of lewistown~ came home with three nice rainbows which are now in the freezer waiting for a few more trout to smoke~~ .

Nice fish! We're in the middle of a great pink salmon run here. Silvers haven't shown up yet. Did a smoker full today. I think I left them in too long. Will take this batch to work next week. Those guys eat all of my mistakes! Going out in the morning for another smoker full.
