Legs and back are about half repaired from antelope trip.  All guns cleaned and Suv unpacked, laundry done.

NOW, packing for a weeks tenting in the Pennsylvania Allegheny Mountains, a part of the  Appalachian range.  In Pennsylvania they have what I call an "olde Fart" season.  Over 65 year olds can hunt does (with a draw license) during the black powder season using a modern rifle or pistol.

So now packing for a week tenting, might get son and grandson for the last 2 days.  Should be cold  28 oF at night high 50  during days.  long range forecast says some rain possible (flurries).  So, means lots of stuff...truck will be full.

I might end up hunting squirrels for a few days as I can't drag a deer more than 75 yards, downhill...and everything in the mountains seem to be up hill  LOL.

Years ago, all lightweight to carry foods were expensive; today supermarkets have lots of lightweight stuff (Minute Rice figures in my diet) although my tent will be close to truck.

As always, got a Dr appointment Monday at 10am, then take off.

Love tenting and this is basically a loner trip.  last year had two massive elk walk thru my camp site.

Bear, your the man!!!!!!!!!!
It sounds fun, and a plus to have son and grandson.
All that AND be able to shoot stuff, that's very hard to beat. ClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClapClap

Yes, We got cow tags south of Wright. All 3 of us have tags but I'm not sure if Austyn will be able to go since she dislocated her ankle playing Volleyball.
