Great picture Ron. But, I suspect you are really just bragging about the fact you have a friend! JT is back from Arizona. He's tanned, rested, and ready! Looking darn good, and it's good to have him home. |

You're right Ric, I don't think I ever had a real friend. Maybe I
should have said a guy I saw one time when he was in town (or passing
through).
Here's a closer look at one of the bigger ones.

That is a real dandy, Ron. I don't know if I would shoot it, though. Most likely kinda chewy! And I wouldn't have room to hang the antlers. I tend to have a lot of those "met in town" type friends, too. Not many I could depend on, to watch my back. |

Then you 'd have to have a barn to hand this'n in.
![]() And- I would guess most of them would be on the "chewy" side. ![]() Would rather have the big cow that I helped a guy get last year. 368# carcass weight - without the loins & tenderloins! 9 year old dry/fat lead cow. |

I haven't been out looking yet, but I suspect most all have shed by this time.
Been thinking about seeing if the snow on a ranch west of me is out to point I can go looking around a little. |
