D-I-L and I went looking for bear today. We left the boy at a fire while we went, Hahaha.
We went to were we hunted crane last fall the other side of the hill.
We did a lot of glassing on what ever ground we could get to, lots of private and still lots of winter over there.
Looking back we should have got with Lizard and had coffee we where kind of in his neighborhood.
We took turkey guns too, heard some turkeys but never where we could hunt.
 No bear or sign of bear but mister Lobo was in the area last night and was eating deer.




Confused
Crane when we cant hunt.
Wolf when we cant hunt.
Snow when we have 4wheelers.


No bear when we CAN hunt them...

  We were probably close together as I was shooting gophers in the Blackfoot area near Paws Up.
  You should have called as we could have met in Lincoln for coffee.
  Do you have 500K miles on that truck yet?

  Paws Up is about 12 miles from Ovando towards Missoula.  We were close today.

Where theirs wolf tracks theirs wolves. 

If you're like me, It doesn't matter what I'm hunting, If I see a coyote I'm hunting coyotes. Same goes for wolves.
