my luck

Ok so "inherit" a female german shorthair about 2 years ago. somebody buys her and doesnt hunt her, gives her to another guy and she barks her way out of his kennel in town in one night so she ends up with a friend of mine who has about 15 dogs already so i get a call........... her first season with me she has a stellar year, second season the same so i start thinking i will breed her. this all despite the fact that the only thing i have ever taught her is whoa. her pedigree is good so i start doing research on the internet for a stud dog. spend a month of nights on the internet doing that.find one i like for way to much money but i will only do this once or twice so i figure what the heck. pay the money for hip xrays and all to get brucellosis tested etc...............now she wont come in to heat. should have been in a month ago. she is killing me, i had my heart set on puppies oh well she probably will come in again towards the end of october so i will only get half of a season out of her this fall. i will keep everyone posted..............you will see the want ad for pups for sale

THanks for the advice i have asked my local vet if there is a shot or anything i could do and he said all we could do was wait
