I'm liking this reloading thing...

It's just that easy

An 1 1/4 oz load of #1 steel that will go near 1500 fps.
It makes a good goose load or a heavy duck load.
I'm getting the cost down to around $12 a box of 25, that compared to a box of premium shells at the store for around $25+. :gr:

Good job of taking us thru the reloading process for steel shot loads.

I see in your pics you have the MEC STEELMASTER loader.  So, Why do they make a special STEEL SHOT loader???

All different powder and shot bushings, can't interchange lead stuff for steel stuff. The drop tube is larger too to accommodate huge steel pellets, I can load 2 1/2" ,2 3/4", 3",  3 1/2" shells with it too.
