I usually do not make requests like this, but hopefully you will understand my concern as you read my post. So I normally enjoy this kids YouTube videos which are 95% fishing videos. Recently he bought a hand gun and he is way too casual with the way he handles it. In this video he actually points his pistol at his cousin's foot as a joke. He thinks it's funny. The worst part is he thinks it's okay to point an unloaded gun at someone. If you don't want to watch the whole video just skip to 8:20. Please comment on his video. This kid needs to know that what he did is not okay, not okay at all. Flood it with comments to wise this kid up before he hurts himself or someone else. The reason this one has me worked up more that usual is this kid hunts and fishes in my backyard. That last thing I want is for me or someone I know to get hurt by his carelessness while out recreating outdoors, or anywhere for that matter. I'm pleading with y'all please comment under this kid's video and get him straightened out while he is still young.

I watched it Big Sky.  Unfortunately, young people work on peer aceptance, and lots of positive "you're cool man" posts will rule his mind.

I hope our comments our comments will help him grow up.

I think the message finally got through his head and he removed his video from public view. That is at least a big step in the right direction. Thank you to all that were able to help educate this kid about firearms safety.

Maybe he just needs a good mentor? Someone well versed in the stuff he likes to do and has a bit of time to do it all with him.

Well I missed video but you did a great service to all sportsmen BigSky when you asked for folks to help the "kid" realize his mistake of being UnSafe with his firearms handling. Kudos to you for your willingness to offer help like that. Only wish I had checked in earlier to have seen it and made my comments. Long time WI Hunter Safety Instructor so I can certainly relate to your concerns. IBD
