Kinda a early Birthday gift to my self gonna turn 60 on Easter Sunday.

So I bought a RIA Tactical 1911 for myself. Do not care for the stock grips so for now put on a pair of Brown Checkered GI plastic grips.  I want to get some exotic ones made out of wood or if I can find the wood I like just might make my own.

for tactical I like either Hogue or Pachmayr rubber grips on the 1911 always a good non slip gripping surface....nice looking too.
