My Granddaughter has a Howa mini action 6.5 Grendel.
The clip falls out with the slightest touch of the release. Can anyone help me find this?  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKg8Q7P2Y_0 I think she needs this, 3 shells is better than NO shells after it fell out a mile back. |

Some thought.
Can you just put a small screw in which would make it a fixed box mag?? could you shorten the mag to just 3 shells, so it would fit flush? seems the plastic can be reworked. seee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxLEMfYuIn4 DIP makes metal bottom metal parts for that rifle. both DIP and Jefferson make a metal replacement for the factory bottom plastic. Seems that the mag release lever might be too long, lots of people just sand it down , about 1/2. I think just loading the mag with 2 shells (3 total) would reduce the spring force that ejects the mag. For hunting a simple piece of duct tape over the mag would help, if you got the syn stock, no da,age. just thoughts. My Tikkas have the same problem. |

The clip has to come out to load.
Maybe some kind of pin on the release like a Grenade or fire extinguisher. Anything but duct tape
