The little Grendel over the 7.62X39 is quit noticeable. abut the same weight bullet 123 vs 129.
The speed is much higher too. No adjustment needed for 200 yards aim and go. The deer dropped in its tracks. Went in through the ribs lungs, heart and out the other side taking two more ribs. I'm totally happy with the performance of the sst's. AND the girl. NOT impressed with the Howa clip release, we had it get pulled twice out hunting luckily I was behind her and picked it up. She did not NEED it on the sneaks' ( does) but she does not keep one in the chamber so she would not have had a shell to shoot... Look at the deer still roaming around after we all got to the dead deer. Some where still laying down.  |
