Interesting, they seem to neglect that they are using fossil fuel  (coal) at the power plant.  You see the reaction doesn't work unless you add lots of electric to get the H20 to break down.  Notice the thick wires going to the equipment?

Nothing wrong with fossil fuels if it works use it however in this part of the country we have lots of wind turbines , solar panels and hydro power .
