Crap the wife's Buick Lacrosse about slipped off the road this last snow storm and she said " the car WILL have new tires on by MAY!!! WELL I have to get with it TODAY. I hate paying money on anything car/truck. Last year a sprung for Cooper ST tires for the SUB about $175 each and almost sucked a nut!!!! I found some Yokahomas on sale for $140 each. The say there "All season" but they don't look very all season to me. I know the tire guy well and he would not steer me wrong BUT !!!
I hate spending good $$$ I could be using for hunting or fishing. PS I run top end tires on my boat trailer. He He He.

D,

I get sick to my stomach when I think about the price of tires.

I put a set of Yokahamas on my hunting pickup right before last hunting season. I really like them so far. They get around good in mud and snow. I don't know anything about their car tires.

23.5 x 25 Goodyear (E-3T) Radials

I bought a pair of these last spring for my scraper.  By the time they were mounted, I was $7K lighter in the wallet.  Of course, if I take care of them, they will last twenty years.....

In the early 80's a similar pair cost $3K.  My how times have changed.
