Yesterday we found a new spot to hunt on Miss River just south of Lacrosse refuge(Goose Isl)birds been too smart and over fly us everyday- Soo we found a sand spit about 1/4 mi from other vegetation -It's about 50 yds by 3 yds and only 10" hi- ducks been there- so in pm buddy set his  dekes and then anchored his boat about 200 yds away and laid down- here comes the ducks and 2 rescue boats- seems like some one saw him and called in that hunter had fallen out of his boat and was laying on small sand spit- no one was wrong- one S&R guy was a hunter and laughed but it was nice to know wemight get help if needed-ruined pm hunt.

Sounds like a commerical that they are showing on TV.  Nice to know help is there if something did happen.
