   guys - 
please keep in mind that we have a political forum for political topics.
the main reason for this is that politics can be a hot-button issue and spirited debate will break out - sometimes this spirited debate develops into something a little more gritty. with that in mind, it's a good idea to keep political topics confined to one area.
another thing is that if you want to go to the political forum, you will need to request a password from an admin member. the main reason for this is as stated above. politics can get hot and if someone has to request a password to go in there, then they are expected to not complain about the flame wars. 
the flipside of this understanding is that flame wars in the political forum STAY in the PF - if you've got a poltical problem with another member, no big deal; but when you are not in the PF, you're requested and expected to please keep a good rapport.
