Low Intensity Elk hunt

Doctor says I can't do high altitude, can't do horses, can't do stress???, can't do medium exertion.  I planned an early winter elk hunt in WY, in Big Horn W.A.---had to cancel sh%t.
Well I say I got to do an elk hunt in 2004.
Any thoughts?  I'm thinking an ATV (stink mobile)? Or a ranch hunt in beautiful country.  All thoughts greatly appreciated.
