Here, maybe this one has better choices ().

Dont worry spot, this isnt an attack on you, it just seems that it would have been better to include some major ones that were left out.

I have tied between marlin, ruger, and savage as far as rifles go, but the tiebreaker would be guns in general, so ruger wins.

4 Rugers beats out 2 Rems, 2 Wins and 2 Colts.  Hey, where's Colt on the choices?  Now we need another poll.

And although I'll never sell my Rugers, I think Winchester will become top dog around here the way things are going.

Somebody better call the Secret Service. Let 'em know there's an illegal alien in the White House...and it ain't the cook!!

Nh, Nh,

Ain't cha learnt yet that if you don't give folks somethin' ta complain about they have to spend way too much time look'n for somethin' ta complain about.

I always throw at least one mispelt word in each post so's ya know I ain't perfect, and those who enjoy poin'tn out air'ers, well lets just say we wouldn't want them to strain themselves... LOL!!

Shit I'm busted now!

BYW - I humbly apologize for ferget'n winchester... same on me!  OH WAIT.. They're own'd by browhn'n  huh... um, um.....

Weatherby's on ta other hand.... are they really that much of a gun or an ego trip?  I can see Lazeroni's... OH wait they ain't there either.

Shot...

Ja, I haff die Mausergewehren Achtundneunzigen.

Second category is Simonovs...two Russkies, three Chinks.

Then some Rugers, then a Bushie, couple Marlins.

And then of course, that wild indian thing.

I learned a long time ago the value of having one's hunting rifles to be with all the same as mechanical as possible. If a hunter only has say one rifle that he uses year round that is not a problem. However if you have a bakers dozen of various actions and what not, it can become a problem at sight of that trophy animal your hunting.

I remember such a case and trying to squeeze off a shot on a particular rifle I was useing. Only to find out minutes later I still had the safety on! So, to rectify that problem ever happening again, I use all the same type of action in my big game (not deer or speed goats) rifles, with the same type safety on them. Winchester model 70 pre-64 actions and 3 position safety's.

As I said in the last poll, I own more Weatherby rifles.  It's kind of mis-leading though.  2 Weatherby, 1 Howa, 1 Rem, 1 Win.
Y'all shoot straight!!!
