Gophers run amuck

    If your a Peta nut or a bleeding heart don't even read this!!  
We went out with some killing on our minds, and thats just what we did today. A bright sunny day after a snow , how could it get any better??? The day was just cool enough to keep the roads passable, no wind, a fresh whiff of snow, and lots of sun sun and sun. Off we went NO. of town to some of our favorite Gopher and rabbit spots. Man what a day I took my 4570 and 22 ( for close up assassinations) and the boy with his 44mag rifle and his 223 CZ.
The gophers showed up against the fresh snow like little beckons. They almost were shouting at us PLEASE SHOOT ME , so we did!! I fires 40 times with the "BIG GUN" and over 50 times with Little baby and almost every shot a gopher fell!!
The boy did even better then my ( he is a bit faster on the draw). He shot more then me and mist even less. In all I "ESTIMATE" over 90 gophers went to see there maker today.
What a great day for KILLIN..
