For those who may wonder if you can get good cast bullet accuracy, I submit for your entertainment this target I shot this morning. Group size is right on 1.04".

Do you suppose a fellow may be able to kill something with a bullet weighing 277 gr. with lube and check, at 2077 fps. average? Maybe not an elephant on a bad angle. This load gives a point blank range up to 225-250 yards, haven't ran the figures on it yet, but it should fall into this range.
