Well today is opening day of bow season for deer in British Columbia and do you think i have my hunting licence and tags yet? Noooooooooooo! Im still struggling to make ends meet from all the money i forked out on my truck repairs from my vacation and the one week pay cheque i got when i got back. Gun season starts on the 10th but my next pay day is the 13th. I know there are other days to hunt but we all know how important opening day is. Deer arent as spooked for one thing. I would take the t.v. to the pawn shop but the missus would notice right away when she goes to watch Dr Phil and Oprah. All i know is im going to have an itch until i get my licences in my wallet and im in the field. I usually have all this stuff months in advance but not this year as i figured i had lots of time until i got hit with all them black clouds. Anyhow, excuse me while i go scratch my itch.

Gary

p.s. A word to those members with wives and girlfriends. Do not let them watch Dr Phil or Oprah because your gals will always hear something on those shows that remind them of something you do or what youre like. Trust me! i know!

If you can sue McDonalds for getting you fat then why can't you sue the alcohol companies for all the ugly people you ended up sleeping with?

You got it right again Gary.  Pawn the set...now.

Oprah, Dr. Phil, and most of the other women's shows seem to have as their goal, "make the gals unhappy with their lives".  Make them feel insecure and they will fight back.  Just like labor unions...there is no power unless there is unrest and distrust.

Oprah gets a big $$$$$ for messing their minds and then Dr. Phil gets $$$$ for telling them they are messed up by others.

I was in a carpool once, with 6 guys.  One guy was about 29 and married about 6 years, he seemed happy.  Well his wife got talked into going to a "marriage encounter" group by a 'girl friend'.  Six months later he was unhappy, and 18 months later she was happily divorced.

Never saw a wife instituted divorce where there wasn't a 'friendly' girl friend in the picture (usually divorced herself).

Archery season opened here in Minnesota over this last weekend.  I went out opening afternoon.  It was just too warm.  The deer wouldn't move before dark.  I'm going back in two weeks after it cools off and try again.
