with grey skies, snow and temperatures down in the 20s, it is still too damn cold to do any fishing aorund here, at least for me! i did finally get my license, so i plan to be fishing just about every chance i get from here on out.

anyone else having any better luck?

Its actually been really really warm up here in Penticton, B.C. Canada where i live. Fishing would be great but my motors in being serviced and also weve had some pretty strong gusts of wind so the lake has been way too choppy to take my aluminum boat on. Fishing derby is in 3 weeks so hopefully it clears up by then.

Well it's cold for Wisc also- 20 this am- yesterday i thought we were nuts going fisihng on Miss with 10-15 mi NW wind and cold dark day- BUT in 2 hrs i caught 2-17" l mouth- 1 -30" Northern and 3-walleyes from 18-20" and poor buddy froze and caught only one 18" smallie- not bad considering-
