I ordered me a new handmade call  named "tweaked squirrel".It is  a little expensive but the owner says he hand picked me a peice of osage orange for mine.I`ve heard about this call on different forums and some reputable predator hunters says this rascal works. We`ll see I reckon. Here is a link to this fellas calls.http://www.lemarrgamecalls.com

I`ll let you fellas  that call use me for the guinea pig on the first one and see if it works as good as people say.

TG,

I've got a little rubber squeaker call for close in 'otes.  It is a rubber ball and really sounds like a mouse, squirrel etc.  Mind is made by Quaker Boy in West Seneca NY.

I like it as I can let the mouth call drop on its lanyard and just use the squeaker call that is in my pocket.

Please give us the full report.  Any thing hand made out of Osage orange has got to be a worth while hunting accoutrement.

That coaxer you`ve got BEAR sounds pretty good.I`ve got one that is a mouth call coaxer solely, but you know how having too many calls around your neck can be a nuisance.I had another one I picked up at Academy sports I think that was a cottontail squealer and had a little rodent coaxer reed on the side of the barrel. It worked real well.I sent it up you fellas way to a good BSB er for some mountain yote field trials.

I`ll let ya know how this new one works. Its derned sure got my interest perked up...Gene

Spot..yes sir they are ultra high mounts in the Weaver style that come with the 6X24 Mil dot NCStar.50 mm AOE, scope on top of it.

The rifle is my favorite coyote rifle.A Weatherby chambered in .223 Rem and below it is my handloads I shoot yotes with. The 40 GR Hornady VMax behind 27 grains of Varget...I`ve got a rifle sent off now to have some work done on it,I bet you`ll like.

I haven`t had this scope on it too long.I`ve killed one yote with it at 120 yards so no real good long range field reports on it.I bought it at a gunshow here and so far I`ve had good luck with. She holds zero and is pretty clear.Over 14 power on a sunny day though,I have noticed some mirage but nothing too terrible with the sunshade on it..

It's 8 am and I'm headed to work.  Just looking at your rig and calls makes my feet want to drive north not south.Cry

But I've got my rifle in the back of the car...maybe hit the range on the way home?

I've got the same ultra high "skyscraper mounts on my Sako with the 50mm objective.  Got to get them cause the heavy barrel and the objective just barely clear.  Bad side on mine is the check piece is tooo low now.

Get that call into test mode fast Ghosts, we want fur.
