new guidelines for the RoloDex

the BSB RoloDex is a place to find links to industry websites, other forums and any other source of information for the sportsman.

up until now, the guidelines had called for links to be submitted first to an admin member. this was intended to keep things organized, but instead resulted in a system that was ponderous and impeded participation in that fine effort.

from now on, if members have a great link to share with the BSBs, simply post the link under the appropriate thread/topic/category in the RoloDex forum. if the category doesn't exist yet, go ahead and make a new one. if you're not sure, just post it as a reply here on the "RoloDex guidelines" thread, and we'll take care of it for you.

also, when you post a link, try to see if the destination site will post a reciprocal link to BSB at its website.

obviously, many (such as industry websites) will not have a place for this, but most forums, information sites and other web resources will have a place to post links, and the administrator of that destination will usually be happy to have reciprocal links at their site and ours!
