over the past couple of years, i've been accumulating a few things here and there against the day whn i might be able to take up the pursuit of tying flies. i did an inventory today and it seems i am doing pretty well with tools and materials of fair (neither great nor bad) quality. tools
it looks like i still need:
there might be a few other odds-and-ends, but i figure this will get me started where tools are concerned. as far as materials go, i have a decent "beginner's selection:"
a couple of things i definitely need to get are:
like the tools, there are probably a few other things i need, but i seem to be over halfway there....

If anyone hunts wood duck (Aix sponsa) take the feathers from below the wing on the body cause many natural dry fly patterns call for wood duck feathers.
