I looked at Brownells and besides the little brass thing that is used with lapping compound (That I didn't think would make a perfect crown) They had a really nice tool for cutting the crown on a rifle. the problem was it cost over $300.

I ended up taking my rifle completely apart down to the barreled action and taking it out to my gunsmith. Since I had it apart he put it into his lathe and recut the crown in about 10 minutes. He then thanked me for having it taken apart and said it takes him longer to take the rifle apart than it does to cut the crown. Then he said "No charge".

I gave his wife a few car wash coupons as I was leaving.

I have read some of the old time backyard gunsmiths take a steel ball bearing of proper size and lay it on the end of the barrel and whack it hard with a hammer ???

Often used ball bearing with grinding compound to crown.  Hitting it would ruin crown as it would peen over metal, not good.

You can do similiar using a bullet in a hand drill and auto valve grinding compound.  works good but crown is then conical, not square.

The first one I mentioned from Brownells might do what you need. It's sorta the same concept as the bearing. It's a brass thing that you can put in a drill and use lapping compound to clean up the crown. The thing I wondered about is if you have to keep it perfectly straight to make the crown even on both sides?

Schweeeew! For a second there I thought this was a Prince Charles and a sword thingy!

Bearing and rouge works for scratches and such. Get a flake or a dinger best to have a smitty toss it in a lathe and do it right. Hundred bucks or less and you know it's true to center.
...oh yeah! thats gonna hurt!
