I bought an ATV cover for my quad to keep rain and snow off it during the night while i'm in camp. Every time it rains, the water seeps through the cover and i end up with wet seats and wet cargo bags that also have puddles of water on them and the water seeps through the cargo bags as well and soaks their contents. Anything i can do to treat these problems?

If you can sue McDonalds for getting you fat then why can't you sue the alcohol companies for all the ugly people you ended up sleeping with?

Heavy coats of silicone, like Camp dry.
Or you could coat with wax disolved in solvent. Remember wax and solvent can burn. some people disolve parrifin in gasoline and coat canvas products...again LET IT AIR DRY OUSIDE FOR DAYS untill the gas smell is gone, meanins the gas fumes will also be gone. Or for your cargo bags you could just use a large plastic garabage bag inside the outer heavy bag. |

It's just a nylon cover i have. Wonder if that stuff you spray on jackets and boots to make them water resistant would work?
