After many trips out fishing I can now enter a fish in my fishing log!! For well over a month I've had to enter "NO FISH" To day that all changed I went down river to Widow Coulée FAS to try for some goldeye or any thing. I could only fish for a few hours, I chose to go down stream instead of the normal up stream trek.GOOD choice!! I set down at the first spot and started to catch fish not just trash fish ( Goldeye, and suckers) but real fish!! I got fifteen small mouth around 12" long( thats not to bad for MT river Sm) four Drum (BIG) 15"ers, and a nice walleye around 18".Not to bad for two hours Now I can enter some thing in to my fishing log other then "NO FISH"!!!!!
Remember: Four boxes keep us free ,the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, AND the cartridge box

I'm going this afternoon/evening... if it doesn't thunderstorm.  I've been going every Sat. morning for two months.  I catch 2 fish, no more no less, every time I go.  Hopefully, I'll catch a few extra this time since it's afternoon.
Y'all shoot straight!!!

You guys are lucky. After i got my outboard out of the repair shop it crapped out a month later. I brought it back to them  and told them i needed it for my 10 day fishing trip which is this weekend. I got my motor back a few days ago only because i flipped out on them. They told me that they got swamped on the long weekend (july 1st, canada day) and didnt get around to it which made me more mad as i brought my motor back to them 2 weeks before the long weekend. I guess because i had already paid all the money to have the work initially done and because there was more money in inboards, i wasnt a priority. It sat there 5 weeks and all it needed was a leaning adjustment. My point being Is that i havent even got out and did any decent fishing due to my motor sitting on a shelf and god knows if it would of been ready for my trip if i hadnt got pissed at them. I have got out a few times ill admit when i got my motor back the first time  but the fishing was lousy due to high waters and low temps Now i have a little over a month of fishing left to do and then hunting season begins.

If you can sue McDonalds for getting you fat then why can't you sue the alcohol companies for all the ugly people you ended up sleeping with?

Hey Gary, come on down to Tennessee... we fish well into October just waiting for rifle season to start.  Last October my brother-in-law and I caught a ton of bream fly-fishing... typically just a summer time sport.
