click here. this stuff was excellent. full recipe is at the very bottom.

another thing you can do is cit them in half, lay them out on a dehydrator (cut side up), sprinkle a little kosher or sea salt on them, and then dry them until leathery but not crunchy. put in a jar and fill with olive oil. very, very good and can be used on anything.

Hey chickee, can't you just parboil off the skins and can them whole?

I don't know how big they are, and I do think the tomato-de-skinning thing is a PITA, but still......

Sorry to be of no more help. Shame to waste them. Mebbe you should do what your brother says, dehydrate them and then add my two-cents, which would be to add them puppies into everything I cooked from November through February, until they were gone! High vitamin C count, good taste plus all them other "I forget what the heck they call the stuff tomatoes are full of" good things for you!

Hey guys!

I didn't get my salsa verde made in time, so I have a ton MORE yellow tomatoes.  I hot packed the ones I had. . .  and I found a recipe for sweet yellow tomato chutney.  I think I will hot pack the rest and on a cold winter day make the chutney!
