1 Dozen Pre-cooked tart shells
3 cups of wild gooseberrys
3/4 of a cup of sugar
2 tbsp. of water
1 tsp corn starch

Pinch the hard end off each berry, then clean in cold water. Add 3 cups of gooseberrys to a small pot. Turn on high heat, add sugar and cover with lid. Stir occationally, cook until the berrys are soft and really mushie. :P Add sugar to taste. (If too thin add a blend of water and corn starch) Take off the heat and spoon into tart shells. Bake tarts at 375 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
