  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 small cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

marinade makes enough for 1-2 lbs of venison, elk or antelope steak. blend all ingredients with a wire whisk. prick holes in steaak and marinate for 3-4 hours. cook meat on barbecue or broil in oven (continuing to baste) until meat is pink.
