  Good stuff the longer they simmer the better they are.

  •    1 pound burger (deer,elk,bear,beef)
  •    1/4 red onion
  •    1 teaspoon minced garlic
  •    1 Serrano pepper or more if you like
  •    1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
  •    1  Large can Bush's baked beans
  •    1 small can black beans
  •     Little bit of olive oil

     Saute' onion,garlic and pepper in olive oil till onions glaze over,break up burger and brown. Now dump in your two cans of beans in(with juice ) with all your other fixn's I add a dash of Alpine spice sesoning and let them simmer for a bit. you can eat them as soon as they get hot if your in a hurry,but the longer they simmer the better they are.

     I'm not at all sure why but I like to make this in a cast iron pot,might just be me  but I think it tastes better.
